annoying pet...

I have a red-tabby cat named Tigger, he's chubby and he's sooooooo cute!!=D

But sometimes he meows so loudly like this: MeeEEEOOOOOWWWWWWWW!!!
He tips water out of his water-bowl onto the floor. And he looks
at me like he knows me... (AAAGGH!!) That is annoying huh?

Well...the outside is pretty nice, sunny and partly cloudly, but it is warm today to.
